Blackberry Cobbler Recipes and Peach Cobbler Recipes - Summertime favorites!

Summer is here, and the summer fruit is ripe. Now is the time to dig up those Blackberry Cobbler Recipes or perhaps you prefer Peach Cobbler Recipes. These are perfect for those summer picnics, potlucks and BBQ’s, or just as a summertime treat for the family. I personally am a blueberry fan and love all Blueberry recipes, but I love all the berries and like to mix them up as well. We have blueberry bushes and raspberries planted in the backyard, and this is the first year we’ve had enough to really enjoy them. Blackberries grow here as a weed, and we have plenty of these and they should be ripening up in the coming weeks. One of our favorites is Raspberry Buckle from Martha Stewart. I’m usually not a fan of Martha’s recipes, as they usually call for stuff that is not standard in my pantry, but this is pretty basic and an easy recipe also. Michelle, see if you can find someone who will give you cuttings, at least for the raspberries/blackberries. I had a friend give us raspberry starts not this past spring, but the spring a year before. We had a TON of fruit this year, and they are sending off new shoots in all directions! I’d be happy to give you some if you were closer! Maybe post a wanted ad on Craigslist? Good luck!
