Technorati Favorites

Awhile ago, I noticed that Michelle at Smart, Not Cheap posted about joining Dosh Dosh’s Ultimate Technorati Favorites Exchange. Since Maki (author of the Dosh Dosh site) posted this back in April, it may not be very active, but I’m signing up anyway.

Michelle decided to start a Smart, Not Cheap Technorati Favorite Exchange , so I am signing up for that as well. To participate, please do the following:

  1. Give credit where credits due and make sure to favorite Dosh Dosh in your Technorati.
  2. Add Smart, not Cheap to your Technorati Favorites

Do Follow List

So there is a whispering on the web, that Google will be updating page ranks soon. I am trying to get my link out there as much as possible in the coming days to help improve my rank. I have always had the Do-Follow plug-in installed on my site, but never managed to get over to Tricia’s Musings to get onto the Do-Follow Blog Roll until today. If you would like to do so as well, go to her post here on how to do it: Do Follow Bloggers. Hope you all see a happy page rank number for yourselves soon! :-)

Blackberry Cobbler Recipes and Peach Cobbler Recipes - Summertime favorites!

Summer is here, and the summer fruit is ripe. Now is the time to dig up those Blackberry Cobbler Recipes or perhaps you prefer Peach Cobbler Recipes. These are perfect for those summer picnics, potlucks and BBQ’s, or just as a summertime treat for the family. I have linked some Cobbler Recipes here, but please be sure to share if you have a favorite! Or maybe Peaches and Cream is your favorite summertime desert? I personally am a blueberry fan and love all Blueberry recipes, but I love all the berries and like to mix them up as well. If you can’t decide which to use, try these Mixed Berries Recipes to give you some ideas.

4-H, Chickens and Fair Days

We have been a 4-H family for 3 yrs now and raise chickens to show in the summer fair. Our oldest Emily is an intermediate in 4-H this year (turns 12 tomorrrow!) our middle daughter Shannon is still a Primary in 4-H this year, and our youngest Megan is just turning 6 in August, so she will become an official 4-H member this fall.

4-H has been a great project for our family. Not only have the girls learned resonsibility, record keeping, and a ton about poultry, but they have made some wonderful friendships. It’s great fun to see the poultry kids come together and share their knowledge.

I’m a Rockin’ Girl Blogger!

Hipmommy from The Hipmommy Place, has tagged me! What a great tag for a Friday afternoon! Thanks for thinking of me!

The Rockin’ Girl Blogger award is originally started by Roberta Ferguson - Blogging Made Devilishly Simple. If you like to learn more about this award, please visit Roberta’s website.

If you would like to participate, the rules are simple:
-Place the badge on your blog
-Give credit to Roberta
-Pick 5 rockin’ girls of your choice and add them to the list
Below is the list of those who have been named Rockin’ Girl Blogger.

Probloggermom has been tagged!

Amanda from PJMommy.com and The Blog World has tagged me! I feel quite honored, as this is my very first tag ever, so I hope I can do it correctly!

Here are the rules:

A. Each player lists 8 facts/habits about themselves.

B. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning before those facts/habits are listed.

C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 8 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

My earnings are creeping up!

Please check out my new post on my old blog here My Earnings are Up!

I posted several times on my old blog how I signed up for Payperpost many months ago, but never acutally started doing posts for them until recently. Apparantly, you cannot add a new blog to your account, until you have the 10 approved posts on the old blog, so I have spent the last week or so trying to meet the minimum quota on the old site. I am almost there and hope to be done with that activity this week. Meanwhile, I am having to intersperse sponsored posts, with non-sponsored posts, and I have been neglecting this blog in the process! Hopefully I will have this whole mess behind me very soon!

Make Money Online: Earnings reports from all around

I always love to see earning reports posted from others who are trying to make money online via blogging and or other methods. They always inspire me when I get into that place where I think maybe I am crazy for trying to do this. So here are some I gathered up that I have come across recently.

The grand master of them all, John Chow reports June income of $12,569.61. Read his breakdown here. I can only wish!

I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned Paula Neal Mooney’s Blogger Salary list for June, which I am on!! Where’s my brain? Of course my earnings are measely compared to many, but hey, it’s a start! Check it out here.
