It seems to me, that more and more programs are popping up all over the web, that allow you to make money online via a referral based system. I ran across the Bigcrumbs (ref link) shopping rewards site in November which operates in this way. Then stumbled upon Agloco last month which pays you to surf the web. Than today I found out about Slashmysearch (NOT a ref link, still thinking about joining) which also works in this way and pays you for using their search too and pays you if your referrals use the tool also.

Just wanted to share information on my second payout received from the new shopping rewards program Bigcrumbs. I received my latest payment from them last week on the 15th. This payment covers the cash back earned on not only my own purchases, but those referrals in my downline, who also made purchases, during the month of December. Total pay out was $81.61, which I was very pleased with, being this is only my second payment since starting the program. Less than 10% of that amount is from my own purchases. Granted December is probably the biggest shopping month of the year, but this does show great promise!

If so, I would love to connect with you to network and learn from each other. I have found blog networks for moms (TheMomBlogs)and blog networks for women (Blogher), but I have yet to find a group or network of moms and or women who are purposely trying to earn money blogging. If this is you, or if you know of a group or network, please post!

If you have not heard of AGLOCO™ or Bigcrumbs (both referral links) than you are out of the loop of people “in the know”. Both companies are easy to sign up with, and you can earn money for referring people. Let me tell you how they work.

I had posted these articles on another blog of mine, but feel they are more appropriate for here, since they are about earning money via blogging.
Two articles I found that really inspired me are “High AdSense Earners and Their Revenues” by Money Geek as well as “The Internet’s Biggest Google Whores” by Johny Chow. Note that these guys aren’t your mainstream everyday bloggers, obviously. The folks bringing in the big bucks are the ones who work at this full time, and have a loyal readership base. But it seems as if the starting point for earning money for many, is by signing up with Google Adsense. That’s the easy part. Getting the high traffic volume to your site, is the hard part. If you already own a website that has good traffic, not necessarily a blog, you should consider adding Google Adsense to it and generate a new revenue source for yourself. Google Adsense, it’s not just for blogs.

I had a New Years resolution to find a way to bring more money into the household. I already sell on eBay and run that business while being an at home Mom. My goal was to find other ways that I could make money online. I stumbled upon Darren Rowse’s Problogger.net site, and I thought this just might be a way. In researching professional bloggers and ways to earn money from blogging, I haven’t really run across many successful women doing this, or mom’s for that matter. I’m hoping to find them though! I know many women who blog, so why not earn money while doing it? I don’t expect to get rich (although that sure would be nice!), but if this becomes a means for me to stick to my resolution and make it happen, than I will feel great about it. I would love to hear from other probloggers, especially women, and hope that we can network and support each other and we’ll just see what happens!
